The hotel is in a prime location right on the harbor street front, offering a £10 meal and pint deal and central to all the town's best restaurants. The rooms, although clean, were extremely outdated and in need of modernization. The service, while quick to address issues, had some communication challenges. The dining experience was convenient but not up to a decent standard for the 21st century. Overall, a mixed experience with good location perks but aging facilities.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was assigned to was a major disappointment with its outdated look and cleanliness issues, like mould and missing parts. On the bright side, the service was mostly pleasant, and the location was excellent and affordable. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag, and the facilities were decent.

The room I got was a total letdown. It looked old and run-down, with mould all over the blinds, damp stains on the ceiling, and even dirty underwear left in the wardrobe. Definitely not what I expected.
